Alba Vives Bataille - Commercial Lead

A graduate from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in Sport Management, Alba joined Worcester City Women FC in January 2024 on a six-month internship and immediately became an integral part of the team. During her time at the club, she worked on key strategic projects including the rebrand and the development of commercial growth strategies alongside Jon, bringing structure, creativity, and a strong understanding of brand positioning.
With professional experience at Puma and now as Associate Product Manager for Global Football at Nike, Alba brings a unique blend of industry knowledge and practical insight to WCWFC’s commercial approach. Her ability to connect the ambitions of a growing club with the standards of the global football industry makes her a vital asset in our continued evolution.
Although her internship formally concluded in mid-2024, Alba’s commitment to the club has continued well beyond. By staying closely connected with both the players and the leadership team, she remains actively engaged with the club’s positioning and ambitions. She now works alongside Jon and Nicole to support the long-term commercial development of WCWFC, contributing innovative ideas, strategic thinking, and a deep passion for women’s football. Her global perspective, coupled with her drive to see the club succeed both on and off the pitch, adds lasting value to WCWFC’s leadership and future vision.
Izzy Evans - Marketing Lead

As a Cardiff University MSc Marketing graduate with a strong passion for football, Izzy brings a creative and strategic mindset to her role within the Marketing team at Worcester City Women’s FC. Since joining the club in November 2024, Izzy has led on digital marketing and communications, managing the Development Team’s social media channels, developing content strategies, and driving fan engagement across multiple platforms. Her focus is on building the club’s visibility and creating meaningful content that resonates with the players, fans, and local community. Izzy is dedicated to helping WCWFC grow both on and off the pitch, supporting the long-term development of the club and the women’s game as a whole.
Cerys Dolloway - Community Lead

Cerys brings a strong coaching background and a deep passion for community engagement to her role as Community Lead at Worcester City Women’s FC. Currently studying for an MSc in Sports Coaching, she combines academic insight with hands-on experience as a player within the club. Her work focuses on strengthening ties between the club and the wider community through outreach initiatives, school partnerships, and inclusive events that promote access to football at all levels. Cerys is dedicated to using sport as a tool for positive impact, particularly in empowering young people and underrepresented groups. Her commitment to creating meaningful local connections plays a key role in the club’s efforts to grow both on and off the pitch.
Matt Jones - Football Performance Lead

Matt brings over 20 years of experience in football development, coaching, and coach education to his role at Worcester City Women’s FC. A University of Worcester graduate and UEFA A Licence holder, he previously spent six years as Head Coach of the Women’s First Team at the University of Worcester before serving as an FA Coach Developer focused on diversity and inclusion. In June 2024, Matt was appointed Head Coach for WCWFC’s first team, embarking on a new chapter for the club in the FA National League. His approach emphasises player performance across age groups and competitive levels. Matt’s mission is to lead the football side with energy, insight, and an unwavering dedication to development both on and off the pitch.
Gill Turton - Team Secretary Lead

Gill Turton is a key figure at Worcester City Women FC, serving with passion and professionalism in multiple roles, including First Team Secretary and Welfare Officer. She oversees key administrative duties for the first team, managing registrations, fixtures, and compliance, ensuring the squad operates smoothly behind the scenes. Alongside her administrative work, Gill is deeply committed to player welfare, leading on safeguarding, and personal development initiatives. Her passion for supporting players both on and off the pitch is central to the club’s ethos. Gill's professionalism, care, and attention to detail make her an indispensable part of Worcester City Women’s continued growth. You will also see Gill on the pitch at our First Team Match Days at Sixways as our Match Day Announcer.
Chris Gould - Talent / EDU Pathway Lead

With over five years of experience in elite women’s football, Chris Gould brings a strategic and consultative approach to talent development at Worcester City Women’s FC. He’s the founder of Talent Pathway Solutions, supporting clubs and organisations across the UK with expert advice on player identification, coaching curriculum, and pathway structures. Previously, he served as Talent Pathway Manager at Tottenham Hotspur Women for five years and currently holds a Level 3 FA Talent ID qualification. Chris also works with the FA on the Future Lionesses goalkeeper programme and supports grassroots development through events like the Midlands FA Talent ID initiative. His mission is to build effective, inclusive development structures that help players and coaches alike reach their full potential.
Natalie Bowles - Player Care

Natalie Bowles brings experience in athlete welfare and development to her role as Player Care Lead at Worcester City Women’s FC. Alongside her ongoing work with Crystal Palace Women’s Academy, she supports players across the Worcester setup—providing guidance, mentoring, and holistic care tailored to the needs of women in football. Natalie’s approach combines practical support with a deep understanding of the challenges athletes face, helping them balance the demands of the game with their personal, academic, and professional lives. With a background that includes roles at the Irish FA and the League Managers Association, she plays a key role in fostering a positive, player-centred environment where individuals can thrive both on and off the pitch.
