At Worcester City Women FC, we’re passionate about working with grassroots clubs to help grow girls’ and women’s football in our city and beyond. Through our FREE Sister Club programme, we build lasting relationships with local teams, providing support, inspiration, and opportunities that help young players reach their potential - both on and off the pitch.

As one of the few independent, female-owned clubs in the world, we are committed to empowering women and girls in football at every level. Our Sister Club programme creates a powerful link between grassroots teams and a women’s club competing in the FA Women’s National League - inspiring the next generation to aim high and believe in what’s possible.

  • FREE Match Tickets for all your players to use at WCWFC home league fixtures at Sixways Stadium.

  • Feature in the WCWFC Match Day Programme along with Mascot and Flag Bearer opportunities and half time penalties v WCWFC Official Mascot, Pablo the Penguin!

  • Invitation to the Coach CPD event delivered by WCWFC and FA Licensed Coaches.
