At Worcester City Women FC, we’re passionate about working with grassroots clubs to help grow girls’ and women’s football in our city and beyond. Through our FREE Sister Club programme, we build lasting relationships with local teams, providing support, inspiration, and opportunities that help young players reach their potential - both on and off the pitch.
As one of the few independent, female-owned clubs in the world, we are committed to empowering women and girls in football at every level. Our Sister Club programme creates a powerful link between grassroots teams and a women’s club competing in the FA Women’s National League - inspiring the next generation to aim high and believe in what’s possible.

Invitation to the Coach CPD event delivered by WCWFC and FA Licensed Coaches.
WCWFC Player appearances at your club’s training session*
Invitation to club events, such as Sister Club Tournaments and Worcestershire Girls Football Engagement Events.
Priority access to WCWFC Football Camps and Community Events.
Visibility & recognition – your club featured on our website and matchday programmes as part of our Sister Club network.

What rewards can Sister Clubs earn?
If you bring 100 people to WCWFC home games in the 2025/26 season, you will receive a personalised video message to your club from one of our first-team players and a signed item of club merchandise for your club to use for fundraising or utilise as you wish!
If you bring 150 people to WCWFC home games in the 2025/26 season, you will receive all of the above, a signed item of club merchandise for your club, plus a WCWFC player attending your End of Season Awards!
