Worcester City Women Community FC is a community-focused women's football team, competing in Tier 7 of the Women's Football Pyramid.

Created as part of Worcester City Women FC's commitment to growing opportunities for women and girls, WCW Community FC offers competitive football within a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment.

Our focus extends beyond the result, placing equal importance on health and wellbeing, inclusion and belonging, and creating opportunities for women to enjoy football at every stage of their journey.

  • WCW Community FC was established to create a sustainable opportunity for women to continue enjoying competitive football in an environment that prioritises community alongside competition.

    It complements the wider Worcester City Women pathway, helping to ensure there is a place for women to engage with football, whether they are taking their first steps into the game, returning after time away, or continuing their football journey in a community-focused setting.
