Goalkeeper Coach
The Goalkeeper Coach role at Worcester City Women FC is a key position within the club’s performance pathway, overseeing the development of goalkeepers across the First Team, U21 and U18 squads. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions, supporting goalkeepers on matchdays, and implementing a consistent coaching philosophy that promotes long-term player development and progression throughout the pathway.
Working closely with the Head of Goalkeeping and wider coaching staff, the role requires strong technical expertise, effective communication and a collaborative approach to player development. Worcester City Women FC is seeking a motivated and ambitious coach who can contribute to a professional, high-performance environment while supporting the club’s continued growth and success.

Performance Squad Physiotherapist / Sports Therapist
Worcester City Women FC is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Physiotherapist or Sports Therapist to support the club’s U18 and U21 Performance Squads. This exciting role involves leading the delivery of injury prevention, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services, while promoting player welfare and supporting the long-term development of young female athletes.
Working within a progressive and ambitious women’s football environment, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with coaching and medical staff and receive ongoing support from the club’s Head of Medical and First Team Sports Therapists. This is an excellent opportunity for a practitioner looking to gain valuable experience in football and contribute to a growing player-centred performance programme.
The role includes evening training sessions, weekend fixtures and the chance to play a key part in the continued growth and success of Worcester City Women FC.
