The Marketing & Communications Intern will play a key role in raising the profile of Worcester City Women FC by delivering engaging digital content, supporting commercial partnerships and enhancing the club's online presence. Working across marketing, media and commercial activities, the successful candidate will help grow the club's audience, strengthen supporter engagement and support the delivery of sponsorship commitments throughout the season.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly growing women's football industry while taking ownership of meaningful projects.

PERFORMANCE SQUAD COACH - U21 FOCUS
Worcester City Women FC is looking for a passionate, ambitious and player-centred coach to join our newly established Performance Squad for the 2026/27 season.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of the country's leading independent women's football clubs as we launch an enhanced development programme for talented players aged 16–21. Working primarily alongside our U21 Head Coach, you will play a key role in delivering a high-performance environment that prepares players to progress into our First Team competing in the FA Women's National League.
