Lincoln United

Lincoln United play their home games at Lincoln United Football Club, along with their men's team.

Their manager is Alex Brito Nogueira and was appointed at the club in August 2025.

They currently sit bottom of the FA Women's National League Division One Midlands table following a tough start to the new campaign.

However, last season they finished a place above City in ninth position, on twenty-two points and registered seven wins, one draw, and fourteen defeats.

Last time out

City travelled to fellow FA Women’s National League Division One Midlands side Leafield Athletic, and were knocked out of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup in the most cruellest of fashion, losing a penalty shoot-out 4-3 in sudden death following a 1-1 draw after the ninety minutes.

Lincoln United, meanwhile, had a week away from action, following a 3-1 home defeat a fortnight ago at the hands of Sutton Coldfield.

Previous meetings

Last time City played Sunday’s opponents at Sixways was back in September 2024 as Lincoln United came away with the three points following a comprehensive 4-0 win.

In the reverse fixture, City were beaten 4-2, with Keeley crew and captain Jessica Fassnidge with Worcester’s goals that day.
