Halifax FC

Halifax are in the FA Women’s National League Northern Division (Tier 3) and are managed by Rob Mitchell. They play their home games at Myra Shay in Bradford.

The club was rebranded as Halifax FC Women and became completely independent and self-funded in the summer of 2023.

After a strong second half of the 2023/24 season, which saw wins against Wolves and Nottingham Forest, along with a point against Champions Newcastle United, helped the club finish in a respectable 6th place.

Halifax would end the season by winning the County Cup with a victory over Leeds Mods.

Last time out

City earned their first points on the road this season, after a hat-trick from Maia Clark and a goal from winger Charlotte Poole in an impressive 4-0 win against Notts County.

Halifax, meanwhile, welcomed Burnley to Myra Shay with both teams earning a point following a 0-0 draw, which earned Halifax with the performance of the week.
