CEO Nicole Allison makes the RAISE Power 100 list
Our founder and CEO, Nicole Allison, recognised in the RAISE Power 100 - a list of the 100 most influential people in women's sport

Earlier this year, our founder and CEO, Nicole Allison, was recognised in the RAISE Power 100 - a list of the 100 most influential people in women's sport. And earlier this month she was liven stage at the RAISE Global Women’s Sport conference in London taking part in a panel discussion alongside the CEOs of London City Lionesses and Bristol City Women FC about designing for growth in women’s football, sharing insights from her career in football.
Nicole talked about how independent clubs like Worcester City Women FC are at an advantage when it comes to charting our own destiny, and how being strongly rooted in the local community is one of the keys to our success. Since first incorporating the club in 2021, WCWFC has gone from strength to strength, with new partners announced for the 2026/27 season and exciting plans for match day activations at Sixways for upcoming home matches.
