#16 Laila Rich
Laila began playing football at 11 years old, starting with Worcester City Girls U11s before moving to West Bromwich Albion U12s, where she continued her development all the way through to U16s.
She has also proudly represented Worcestershire Schoolgirls at both U14 and U16 level.
Laila started at Hartpury College in September, where she is enrolled on a Sports BTEC with a focus on football.
Outside of football, she enjoys staying active in other sports. In the off-season, Laila plays rounders for the Crazy Chicks alongside her mom, and touch rugby for Pershore Rugby Club.
