Nicole Allison Worcester City Womens FC

Nicole Allison | Chairwoman & CEO

Nicole started out as a player, then coach and then transitioned into the business side of the game when she completed her MSc in Football Business. She has worked in the football industry for the last 10+ years, with clubs, leagues, players and sponsors and is heavily involved in football education and the development of women’s football across the globe.

Jo Knight Worcester City Womens Football Club

Jo Knight | Welfare Officer

Having been a player since the age of 11 and played for several local teams including Kidderminster Harriers, Stourport Swifts and Cookley, Jo is passionate about developing women's football in the area and supporting the players throughout the club. Outside of football, Jo works at a school and is also a Forest School Leader, putting the welfare of younger people at the forefront of these organisations.

Katie Heath | Head of Operations

Katie has played for Worcester City for several years, including when the club was known as Worcester United where she had a dual role as club secretary. After announcing her retirement from playing, Katie has now transitioned from being a player to now heading up club operations, including fixture management, player liaison and matchday operations.

Viki Lewis | Treasurer  

Viki has joined WCWFC as Club Treasurer and Business Support having ran her own business as a VA and productivity strategist.

Lewis Webster | Content Manager

Lewis is a graphic & web designer for Worcester based design agency F8 Creates, who are our media partners. Lewis oversees our media content across all platforms, helping to grow the club off the pitch. He has a strong passion for football having played for the majority of his life.
