Nicole Allison Worcester City Womens FC

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

NICOLE ALLISON

Nicole started out as a player, then coach and then transitioned into the business side of the game when she completed her MSc in Football Business. She has worked in the football industry for the last 10+ years, with clubs, leagues, players and sponsors and is heavily involved in football education and the development of women’s football across the globe.

STEVE GOODE

Steve Goode is a life-long Worcester City fan who has been Chair of Worcester City FC since 2018. Steve’s family has a close lineage with Worcester City as his father was Chair during one of the most successful periods in the men’s team’s history in the 70s and 80s. Over the years, he has devoted an incalculable amount of time raising the profile of the football club and fundraising for it and local causes close to the football club’s values.

Jo Knight Worcester City Womens Football Club

WELFARE OFFICER

JO KNIGHT

Having been a player since the age of 11 and played for several local teams including Kidderminster Harriers, Stourport Swifts and Cookley, Jo is passionate about developing women's football in the area and supporting the players throughout the club. Outside of football, Jo works at a school and is also a Forest School Leader, putting the welfare of younger people at the forefront of these organisations.

FIXTURES SECRETARY AND MARKETING OFFICER

JESS FASSNIDGE

Jess played locally until being offered a scholarship in the US and started her collegiate career at Eastern Florida State Community College where she studied and played soccer for 2 years. She then transferred to Flagler College where she finished her final 2 years of college soccer and graduated with a Business Administration degree with a minor in marketing.
